Lets Party Fancy Dress Returns Policy

Lets Party Fancy Dress want to make your shopping experience with us hassle-free and you are completely satisfied.  However if you have ordered goods from us and those goods are unwanted these goods must be returned, at your own cost, within 7 working days

Please contact Lets Party Fancy Dress either by email at or by writing to us at Lets Party Fancy Dress Unit4D Stratton Park, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 8QS  to obtain your returns number. The returns number is important as this will be used in all correspondence.

Please  note that once the 7 working Days have elapsed you will be unable to request an automated returns number via email. We would request that you please call our customer service team on 01767 448824 should you require assistance.  It is at the discretion of Lets Party Fancy Dress as to whether a refund will be processed.

In the interest of hygiene some products cannot be returned for refund unless faulty such as:  Body Stockings, Tights, Stockings, Panties, Wigs, Teeth, Makeup, AccessorEyes, Eyelashes, False Nails.

If your item(s) is returned to Lets Party Fancy Dress without prior notification we reserve the right to refuse acceptance.

Item(s) returned must be in an unused condition along with the original packaging.  The item(s) must be without use and in a suitable condition for us to re-sell.  Any items removed from any sealed packaging will not be refunded. Meaning costumes will not come in sealed packaging from the outer packaging so allows you to try on.

When your item(s) are sent back to Lets Party we will inspect on receipt.   Unfortuately, any item(s) that show evidence of wear, traces of body odour, makeup, purfume, fake tan, cigarette smoke will not be refunded.  We therefore request that you treat all unwanted item(s) in your possession how you would wish to receive them.

Please Note:  Some costumes may include accessories.  Most times these will be supplied in sealed packaging separate to the costume.  Please make sure you try the costume first as we are unable to process refunds under any circumstances where item(s) have been removed from the sealed packaging.

We would ask you to return the item(s) and packaging in the same condition you received it with the paperwork - please do not remove any labels or tags.  Please do not bend or fold any cards or packaging.   All inserts and hangers must be returned. Please make sure neatly fold and place back in the original packaging to prevent damage.     We regret that returned postage costs are non-refundable.     If any item(s) are returned outside the returns policy we will define as "in Dispute" and you will be advised.  All Item(s) returned that had Free Delivery in some circumstances will be deducted if its not any fault of Lets Party Fancy Dress.

You have the right to return items under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 by giving notice of cancellation in writing or in another durable medium within 7 working days starting on the day after the day of delivery. You must arrange return of the items at your own cost and under the Regulations you are obliged to take care to ensure returned items are recieved by us and are not damaged in transit. Once we have recieved the returned items, Lets Party will refund the cost of the items,    Lets Party Fancy Dress reserve the right to deduct the cost of postage that was included in your delivery if it was over the specified amount for free delivery

Product guarantee

  • All goods come with a 30 Days guarantee where you may return faulty goods for refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. How do I return a faulty item?

  • Should your order be faulty you should contact us via the website immediately or call us direct or up to 7 days from receipt. All returned item(s) are fully inspected upon arrival. 

2. How long will my refund take to be processed?

  • If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within a 14 working days timescale from the day that we email you to confirm this. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or 7 day period where item is faulty.
  • Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
  • We will  refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

3. Our right to cancel/issue a refund?

We reserve the right to cancel your order if;

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
  • You do not have sufficient funds to complete the order
  • Items you have ordered were displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or and error in the pricing/description recieved from our suppliers
